CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING

CrossFit is broad, general, and inclusive fitness that seeks to prepare participants for any physical or unknown contingency. These are CrossFit classes designed for those who are seeking to get fit, have a great time, or even compete in the sport of CrossFit. Our workouts are highly scalable and challenging for all. Daily classes will involve a warm up, a skill or strength portion, and a daily WOD (Workout of the Day).

FUNDAMENTALS

Prerequisite for members new to CrossFit, these first personal one on one classes provides new members with the basics and core movements that we perform in group training classes. Once you are done with all 4 classes, you can sign in and join the group classes.

Whether you want to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting or just improve your speed, strength and explosive power, our Olympic Lifting class is a great fit. Our focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting is great for beginners and more advanced athletes. Finely tune your movement patterns and carry the skills into any CrossFit workout.
