Classes begin in a timely manner. The goal of the classes are to be ran smoothly, with efficiency, and purpose. Our group training is structured to optimize the one hour you have to workout daily. Showing up several minutes early would be ideal to prepare yourself for class.

We ask of members the following:

  1. No Whining! It’s suppose to be hard!
  2. Show Up on time (Burpee penalty)
  3. Clean language
  4. Shoes and shirt required

We ask for one hour of solid commitment for the day. Work hard and stick with the program. The only way to succeed is to trust the process and be consistent.
